THE COMPETITION FORMAT:
Each participant will have 15 minutes to set up their station before competing in four intense challenges:
Brewing – Brew two individual cups of filter coffee in 6 minutes, with the brewing method determined by a roll of the dice. Judges evaluate taste, balance, and technique.
The Order – Receive an 8-drink espresso order and prepare them within 6 minutes. Speed, accuracy, and industry-standard execution are key to earning points.
Latte Art – A roll of the dice decides your pattern, and you have 4 minutes to pour two identical cups. Judges assess symmetry, contrast, and milk quality.
Cupping – A blind tasting challenge where you must identify and correctly reorder coffee cups within 5 minutes using only your palate. Precision is everything!

Every round is judged on technique, flavor, and execution. The fastest baristas can earn extra points, while exceeding the time limits results in penalties. This competition is designed to push your limits, refine your skills, and immerse you in a dynamic, skill-focused challenge.
